Prime Minister Edi Rama, who is also the chairman of the PS, yesterday proposed a referendum as a kind of solution to the debate that has arisen over his mandate. During his closing speech at the National Assembly, Rama proposed: “Let us go to a referendum and let the socialists decide the issue of my mandate, not you, not me, not us, but the socialists will resolve it throughout Albania by free and secret vote, in response to the question of whether my mandate should be terminated and we should go to them to choose the leader-
