The Municipal Council of
Tirana approves the change
in the fiscal package with
the votes of the majority. At the same time,
along with the change in the level of the
public space tax, the municipality has also
approved the new map and the division of
Tirana into several zones. In addition,
besides reducing the tax for
occupying public space, the municipality
has also cut by 10 times the tax on the transfer
of ownership rights for real estate in
three administrative units:
Dajt, Kashar and Farkë, since
from 1,000 lek/m2 it has been reduced to
100 lek/m2. ...
