The law cannot prevail over a court decision By OLA MITRE The obligations of military personnel created as a result of the implementation of final court decisions, for recognition of the benefit amount after 1.7.2009, contrary to the formula for calculating the early retirement pension, will not be forgiven. According to the draft law approved by the government two days ago, this category will not benefit from debt forgiveness, resulting from the recalculation of the pension and therefore a part of it is withheld each month.
