4 May is the final deadline for submitting the form by public officials, after the law “On determining the detailed rules for implementing the prohibitions provided for in law no. 138/2015, ‘On guaranteeing the integrity of persons elected, appointed or exercising public functions’” is published in the Official Gazette. The law was passed by parliament precisely on 4 March. And as also specified in the law, “Public officials, who are subject to articles 2 and 3, of law no.
