Pre-university teachers across the country will sit the qualification exam on 7 May 2016. Positive results in this exam determine pay increases based on years of service, by 5, 10 and 20 percent, for all teachers who take part in this test. The salary supplement that teachers will receive is added to the base salary, not the gross salary. Meanwhile, those teachers who enter this competition and receive a negative evaluation do not lose their jobs, but simply do not benefit from the pay increase. ...
