ALUIZNI publishes the list of owners who receive title deeds for the land area on which they built without permission. “Gazeta Shqiptare” publishes the full list with the names of 649 beneficiaries and the areas for which ownership rights are recognized. The beneficiaries are spread across 9 counties of the country, namely in Tirana, Shkodër, Elbasan, Kukës, Durrës, Fier, Lezhë, Korçë and Gjirokastër.
