The Ministry of Finance publishes the list of heirs of former prisoners of the communist regime who have missing items in their files. There are about 4,000 beneficiaries in the non-primary category, first- or second-degree heirs, who must complete the documentation in order to receive the benefit. “Gazeta Shqiptare” today publishes the first list with 2,000 names of heirs who have missing documentation, while the rest will be published tomorrow.
