2017 elections, the delegates in 12 counties. The title of Blushi’s new book is revealed: “The Prime Minister” Rama to MPs: Ask Ruçi for permission Absences in plenary sessions, the PS chairman: Manage trips outside Albania Socialist MPs must first get permission from the chairman of the parliamentary group, Gramoz Ruçi, before leaving for visits abroad. Prime Minister Edi Rama was blunt yesterday at the meeting of the Socialist parliamentary group, when he asked MPs, perhaps for the last time until the end of this legislature’s mandate, not to be absent especially from Thursday’s sessions. “It is becoming a problem for the approval of laws,” the Socialist chairman is said to have remarked, who told Socialist lawmakers that they need to intensify contact with citizens. “The ministers are there, but without the right to vote, while the MPs have the vote,” they are absent. Gramoz, there needs to be better management of the delegations abroad. By DARINA TANUSHI On pages 2-3
