Former politically persecuted people who are waiting to receive the next compensation installment must make sure they have all the documentation required by law. To benefit from the fifth installment, former persecuted persons in the primary category must submit to the ministry their personal certificate and bank account number, which must be active. The list has been drawn up based on the classification of the priority categories previously defined by the Ministry of Finance. Six priority categories have been established and have been defi-
