Employees of former state enterprises and former members of agricultural cooperatives will no longer have to turn to the courts for years of work for which they do not have proper documents and which are not recognized for pension purposes. The Council of Ministers has approved the decision, which now gives this authority to the Institute of Social Security, easing the procedure for years documented in pencil or damaged registers.
