The Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has asked the Local Office of Registration of Real Estate and ATP that by the end of this month at the minimum, and by the beginning of September at the latest, all the cases they have in their drawers and that have been kept there for years without being processed, must be brought to an end. Manjani stated that the concern coming from the Property Treatment Agency is the delay in confirming the legal status of properties. The concern comes from the owners, who unfortunately are still wandering...
