There are 23,400 properties, agricultural land, pastures and meadows, which the Property Treatment Agency has made available to former owners as a physical compensation fund. Compensation of the subjects begins after the property reassessment and final decision. The assessment becomes final when: the deadline set in point 3 of article 19 of Law No. 133/2015 has passed, and there has been no appeal.
