The PD is asking parliament to begin work on the new Electoral Reform in September. The Democrats have submitted their offer to the majority in support of holding free and fair elections, and therefore are calling for work to begin on its implementation. The co-chair of the Special Committee on Electoral Reform, Mr. Oerd Bylykbashi, says that the PD platform for the upcoming elections consists of electronic voting and counting. “Parliament must act in September with the start of the new session.
