After many debates, the Justice Reform Committee yesterday approved in full, without the opposition’s consensus, the draft law on “vetting” presented as a draft by EURALIUS. In a four-hour closed-door meeting, the draft law on vetting, the one on SPAK and the judicial power bodies were discussed. For the Democratic Party, the draft discussed in yesterday’s committee meeting deviates from the Constitution.
