The Property Treatment Agency is opening a $4 million fund to compensate 456 owners whose land was taken by illegal construction and who are eligible for compensation. Owners must fill out the standard form. The agency states that today the process begins for accepting requests for the distribution of installments for the compensation of owners of real estate, private property, affected by informal construction. “Gazeta Shqiptare” publishes the full list of beneficiaries and the area that will be compensated for
