The four forms filled out at the registration offices and the reference prices for 12 districts By ORNELA MANJANI Individuals and businesses that own real estate may apply as of tomorrow until 28 February next year at the Land Registry offices for property revaluation. The instruction signed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Justice has been published today in the Official Gazette and gives all persons who own immovable property the right to fill out at the Land Registry the form “Request for revaluation”.
