The procedures for issuing title deeds to people who have built without a construction permit and whose building has been legalized by ALUIZNI are changing. The ownership certificate will be given to the owner within 30 days of ALUIZNI submitting the file to ZRPP, while the data related to the file, registration at the Land Registry and the conditions that the title deed must meet have been set out in a special decision of the Council of Ministers.
