Four forms used for property treatment and property compensation are being changed. All owners expropriated by the communist regime must submit to the Agency for the Treatment of Property a notarial declaration, in which they self-declare whether they have received agricultural land. The notarial declaration must be signed by all legal heirs or the proxy representative of all legal heirs of the expropriated subject.
