Last night was the final chance to register for candidates announced as winners in the second phase of university applications. According to the Ministry of Education directive, those high school graduates who were not registered by 16 October will have the departments where they were declared winners automatically deleted from the system. They will have the chance to reopen the competition for other preferences with the lowering of the red line.
