Rama’s promise

They have their own job; on the ground we grow together” By DARINA TANUSHI BRIKENA METAJ Prime Minister Edi Rama declared yesterday that Albania will no longer be last in the region as regards the lowest and average salary. In his column on Facebook, “The Communication of the Week,” PM Rama spoke yesterday about the government reforms undertaken over the past three years. He dwelt on judicial reform, but also on wage and pension increases. Rama said that 100 million dollars will be transferred from the state budget to family budgets. “Today the government is ready to move a full 100 million dollars from the state budget to the family budgets of workers and pensioners. This is the earliest, and by far the largest amount ever made available to families in a single year for wages and pensions.
