The Durrës Prosecutor’s Office has launched investigations into the release from prison of Lulzim Berisha. According to an official notice, it is made known that the investigation was opened ex officio for the criminal offense of “Abuse of office” in relation to judicial procedures. Investigation has also been launched regarding the administrative procedures followed by the leaders of the Municipality of Durrës, on the basis of which the conditional release of the convicted Lulzim Berisha was decided. ...
