Four forms used for property treatment and property compensation are changing. All owners expropriated by the communist regime must submit to the Agency for the Treatment of Property a notarized declaration in which they self-declare whether or not they have benefited from agricultural land. The notarized declaration must be signed by all legal heirs or by the proxy representative of all legal heirs of the expropriated subject.
