The four forms that are filled out at the registration offices and the reference prices for 12 counties By ORNELA MANJANI Individuals and businesses that own real estate may apply starting tomorrow until February 28 of next year at the Land Registry offices for property revaluation. The guideline signed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Justice was published today in the Official Gazette and grants all persons who own immovable property the right to fill out the form “Request for Revaluation” at the Land Registry.
