Within two years, 1.9 billion lek were paid out for 4,500 files across the country By ORNELA MANJANI The Ministry of Finance publishes the list of 1,200 former politically persecuted people who have payments ready for compensation. The list includes former politically persecuted people who will receive the fourth and fifth installments. The list has been compiled based on the classification of priority categories previously defined by the finance ministry. Six priority categories have been established, as well as the documents that must be completed for each beneficiary category.
