The procedure also applies to changing residence between different neighborhoods By ORNELA MANJANI To transfer a pension from one district to another, from one unit to another, or from the post office to a bank, the pensioner must fill out a standard form. The request for the transfer of the pension file is made at the Local Social Insurance Agency where the pensioner is registered as resident, according to the standard request form. The request is submitted to the receiving inspector at the ALSSH. In cases where the applicant does not reside in the territory of the ALSSH where the request is submitted, the receiving inspector explains to the interested person the procedures provided for in the regulation, also offering an alternative for transferring the pension payment to one of the Second-Level Banks. The procedures were made public by the deputy director of the Social Insurance Institute, Ali Emini, in an interview for “Gazeta Shqiptare”.
