A 40-year-old man was found dead in a stream in the village of Kuç in Himara. It concerns the citizen Dashamir Zeneli, who was executed with a bullet to the head. Official sources from the Vlora County Police Directorate stated that it was a local resident (shepherd) who, around 10:30, alerted them to the discovery of the 40-year-old’s body.
