The state-protected witness in the “CEZ” case, Romeo Kara, has been ordered by the court not to contact and to stay at least 100 meters away from his sister, Eglantina Shtylla, after she sued him for violence by her brother. Lawyer Kara had a physical conflict with his sister last year, a fight that caused her bruises in different parts of her body.
