The state-protected witness in the “CEZ” case, Romeo Kara, has been ordered by the court not to contact and to remain at least 100 meters away from his sister, Eglantina Shtylla, after she sued him for violence against her. Lawyer Kara had a physical altercation with his sister last year, a fight that left her with bruises on various parts of her body.
