This concerns unauthorized constructions in the territory of ALUIZNI, specifically in Tirana North, Elbasan, Tirana South, Tirana State, Vlore, Durres, Shkoder, Korca, Kukes, Kavaja, tourist villages and Kamza, Vore. According to the Council of Ministers decision, the compensation value for 43,920.53 m2 is 522,842,426.65 lek.
