A double murder in Patos, following an argument at the city clinic. Elis Kapaj and Manol Rapaj, both from Patos, were killed, while the perpetrator, Martin Skëndaj, was arrested shortly after the crime. According to eyewitnesses, the quarrel started inside the health building and then ended in its courtyard. The perpetrator reportedly asked to clear things up with one of the young men, but after the argument, the situation escalated to the use of a firearm.
