The heirs of former politically convicted persons, who have not received compensation from the third instalment, must submit the documents to the Ministry of Finance. There are a total of 9,100 beneficiaries, whose files qualify for the new deadline set by Finance to complete the file. The Ministry gives them another 3 months for the third instalment. Official sources from the ministry state that the heirs are recognized as beneficiaries, but there are shortcomings in the documentation. “Gazeta Shqiptare” publishes today the list of beneficiaries with all the details for each file...
