Names/ Beneficiaries of the third installment, documents that must be submitted The heirs who share the money must have active bank accounts The heirs of former political convicts who have not received the third compensation installment must submit the documents to the Ministry of Finance. There are a total of 2,288 beneficiaries, whose files will benefit from the new deadline set by Finance to complete the file. The Ministry is giving them another 10 days for the third installment.
