The Prime Minister is welcomed by citizens and polyphonic groups The Llogara Tunnel was opened to traffic yesterday morning. With a festive ceremony at both ends, many citizens and Prime Minister Edi Rama inaugurated the tunnel’s opening. Rama was welcomed with iso singing and drums, while some citizens also wished the head of government a happy birthday, as he had celebrated his 60th birthday the day before.
