The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, appeared again at the window of his home yesterday afternoon and addressed his supporters gathered on the street below with a speech. During his remarks from the balcony of the house, Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of having 38,000 Albanians arrested within one year, adding that the head of government used the weapon that all dictators have used in all times.
