The Socialist majority approved on Thursday the draft law to bring back online sports betting, making a last-minute amendment that strips Parliament of the right to grant the National Lottery license. With 72 votes in favor and 2 abstentions, the law will bring back sports betting after more than 5 years since it was shut down by the government. MPs Fatmir Xhafaj and Erion Braçe abstained, but without explaining their position...
