The prime minister is welcomed by citizens and polyphonic groups The Llogara Tunnel was opened to vehicular traffic yesterday morning. In a festive ceremony marked by cheers and waves, many citizens and Prime Minister Edi Rama inaugurated the opening of the tunnel. Rama was welcomed with iso singing and drums, while several citizens also wished the head of government a happy birthday, as he had celebrated his 60th birthday the day before. He then boarded the bus with citizens to travel through the 6-km-long tunnel.... The Llogara Tunnel was opened to traffic in the morning yesterday.
