Gramoz Pashko and Azem Hajdari with one of the delegates of Dhiforim 90. At the time, the PD leaders were proclaiming the end of what would lead Albania toward a democratic Europe. One and a half years later C.P. went and was expelled from the PD. At that time he declared:
"In the name of freedom and my responsibility as a deputy, I am compelled to declare that dictatorship is once again knocking at the door of the Albanian government..."
"...I thank the parliamentary group of the PD for the good it did me by expelling me, morally saving me from being an accomplice to what I believe will happen."
