All the arrests in Tirana have only one signature: Prosecutor Arben Qeleshi
Is it more true of Albanian justice’s “NANO”, or a pistol in Berisha’s hands?!

Is it more true of Albanian justice’s “NANO”,
or a pistol in Berisha’s hands?!
For some time now, radio and TV as well as many newspapers have been writing more and at greater length about Tirana’s Prosecutor Arben Qeleshi than about the accused. And apparently it continues. And always at the execution desk against the accused. To the question “Why and until when?” Hoti certainly is free, and apparently it continues with the arrest of former Prime Minister Ylli Bufi. Qeleshi for a long time has been described in banal terms, and thus interpreted as an Albanian creation... Arben Qeleshi has repeatedly been accused and remains accused of “misuse and violation of the law.” It began with the first refusal to open the proceedings and then with the beginning of small interpretive confusions in favor of the prosecutor. At first it was only “Ylli Hoti”, and apparently it continues with the arrest of former Prime Minister Ylli Bufi. There is the case and the signature of the Tirana prosecutor and the journalist.
Even in the press of Macedonia, Prosecutor Arben Qeleshi has become a pitied man. It is created! What is it called? “The coronation of the Republic of the Jungle in Tirana” of the gentleman and the Press of Kuror. The authors of the article “Times” baptized him with the pseudonym “Nadekof prosecutor”. The news from Tetovo and the Press? High with voice and the voice of deeds. In an assessment article on Qeleshi, it is stated: “Is it becoming in the center a set that inspires with stubbornness of importance and brilliant monstrosity. The coronation of Albanian justice in Tirana is a singular creation. Arben Qeleshi has been interpreted differently: “Is he such a man?!”... The different voices of his press.”
Although also the work on Fatos Nano, indeed there is a “cultural minus” with dictates from the parties. A junta could, for the old “humanity”, ended up in prison after three or four years. After that, it is imagined that the situation in Tirana and, finally, with many names arrested is beginning with another politician accused of abuse of office, theft and other things. Again the grand question! The accused are always arrested before justice, while the others involved, it is not known how far the investigation has reached. One gets a mixed idea about arrests (in both governments) that the people are calm, as calm as home, or the truth?...
