In the political field over the past year, broadly speaking, the developments of the right wing, the successes achieved, the failures and wavering consistency, the concessions made to the left, we responded to the most important factors, both national and international, but also, mainly, to internal origins. The latter has not been a matter of merely a glance with intent; what is certain is that it is coming to the Party's Second Congress. Now, everything positive must be gathered and consolidated. It is also clear and unmistakable for the party. And before this, precisely this line will be an example and a criterion to guide and fully qualify and mobilize, so that in the future there will be a clear decision and coherence in the historical life of the country, to strengthen their organization.
