At the first session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which will be held on 30[?] November and 1 December in Strasbourg, the vote on Albania’s admission to the Council of Europe will not be resolved and, as a result, the referendum in which more than 53% of the population rejected the draft constitution will remain.
