Says Namik Dokle, the only person who knows the whole story
The testimony of the former chief editor of “ZP”, Namik Dokle, now deputy chairman of the PS, appears to have been crucial in explaining the entire event known as “the case of the 400,000 dollars of “ZP”.” The chairman of the socialist parliamentary group himself, in his capacity as witness in this case, stated that “I am the only one who knows the full truth.” For this reason, he had to testify for more than an hour straight at the Court of First Instance in the capital, for the first time, recounting the full chronology of the much-discussed case.

The opposition: the Council of Europe should monitor the elections
PS, PSD, PAD write to the Council of Europe. Martinez replies
Martinez: Personally, I will take your objections into consideration
It is expected that soon a group of experts from the Council of Europe will come to Albania to make direct contact with the Albanian opposition. Otherwise, a group of opposition representatives will “head” to Strasbourg, where, with a hefty file of documents, it will prove to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe the failure to fulfill the commitments Albania made at the moment of its admission to the Council of Europe.

The energy “embargo” imposed on newcomers in the capital’s outskirts such as Bathore and Tirana e Re, simply because they are “foreigners,” seems likely to affect these residents, while the Electricity-Energy Corporation cannot make any investment in these “clandestine” villages because there is no government plan for creating infrastructure in these areas.
