Yesterday Gramoz Ruçi and Shaqir Vukaj testified at the prosecutor’s office
“Hajdari was both an object and a subject of the Shkodër घटना, since he was present there on both 1 and 2 April.” This is the striking statement made by the Secretary General of the PS, Mr. Gramoz Ruçi, who was summoned yesterday to the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office as a witness in this case. In plain Albanian, the statement made by the then Minister of the Interior implies that today’s PD deputy, A. Hajdari, took part in and organized the incident in which 4 people were killed and 56 others were wounded. Perhaps Ruçi also intended, with his statement after the testimony session before the investigative group into the April 1991 events, to make this clear.
