“The ‘genocide perpetrators’ who are running will have no immunity

President Berisha is absent from the MPs’ “launch” The “genocide perpetrators” among the deputies will lose immunity when charges are brought against an individual for crimes against humanity. This will be made possible on the one hand by checking parliamentary candidates and on the other by raising citizens’ awareness in their choice. This was declared yesterday at the end of the luncheon hosted for journalists and foreign observers accredited to monitor the elections, and for members of the mediation group for the mini-round of talks on the vote, by the leader of the largest Albanian party and head of state, Dr. Sali Berisha. “No ‘genocide perpetrators’ will be nominated as parliamentary candidates,” he said. This is the first such statement in the three days of the election campaign. Regarding Ahmet Zogu and yesterday’s deputies, Berisha said that by the term “genocide perpetrators” he means any “criminal” and “thief.” Given the situation in the country, it is hard to find such deputies. On the other hand, Dr. Berisha thanked those layers that withdraw to the side from the “sixth,” but, according to him, not from the voting. This has harmed the opposition as a whole and especially the Socialist one, which for a mini-round to the University of Tirana to minimize and, by the name of someone else’s intimate life. Gramoz Ruçi meets in Athens with the NATO Assistant Secretary and the Greek Minister of Defence

PS will speed up Albania’s entry into NATO ATHENS- The Secretary General of the PS, Gramoz Ruçi, during an international conference in Athens, declared that “Albania’s membership in the Partnership for Peace must be preceded by integration into the Euro-Atlantic European security system.” According to him, his party and, in general, the Albanian left “sees the NATO aspiration as linked to political and economic membership in the West.” For this reason, he stressed the need for the country’s swift entry into NATO and at the same time into the Partnership for Peace. “The interaction of our armies with the alliance’s infrastructure is an important element in guaranteeing security and territorial integrity,” Ruçi said at the conference, which was held with the participation of delegations from Balkan countries and international organizations. During his stay in Athens, Ruçi met with the NATO Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs, Ambassador Anselm Z. Hutter [?], as well as with the Greek Minister of Defence, Arsenis. He spoke about strengthening relations and Albania’s Euro-Atlantic integration. Consensus, as stated in the announcement, is also found among the line of the Greek leadership. E. BAÇI

2 April - the crime forged in mystery

Dossier - Why they died from the bloody enigma of a political massacre 2 April - the crime forged in mystery The book by Hito Çako “On 1 April” Repeated violence in the killing of 2 April, published for the first time in Tirana. Unlike what the name M. Caneli has learned, although for the truly killed, it was enough to know the official version that the former and current regime has carried by inertia into our minds. According to the murderous instructions, it turns out from 25 theses that it has been manipulated. It turns out that all people do not have the place of truth. While sketching the figure of Hito Çako, the author reminds us on such an occasion that the bitter truth was placed in us through a notorious “scenario” of 1 April. This has to do with the involvement of a man known by the names “Milo” and “Qani,” and the feigned calm in the cold light of the stage. The man who was making the journey of the circuit with chilling questions. 8-9 The heroes of the meetings in closed session
