The municipal council, also supported by the democratic authorities, follows the decision of the Gramsh District, which carried out such a process in the center of Gramsh. This time, it was the Kukës Municipal Council that yesterday, in its meeting, declared the chairman of the PS, Fatos Nano, honorary citizen. The idea and initiative of the PS Fatos Nano, the Municipal Council declared after the installation of the special citizen award, following the wish of the government. Prime Minister Aleksandër Meksi and the Congress of the left let them announce what is the decision of the first prize for Fatos Nano. Since arriving in Albania, the prime minister has congratulated the opposition MP, describing him as a winner in the vocabulary of positivism.
