Parliament steals the prefects

Zhulali: “Zhuli” is Berisha (page 2) Bomb in Tirana: dynamite in the car of the capital’s number 2 police officer, Arben Ulja The mined field of national reconciliation Zhuli: “Zhuli” is Berisha Yesterday Fino was christened, Prime Minister! The Government of National Reconciliation, one day earlier, had made public the stern demand that he had brought forth before everyone as a “review of the parliamentary decision,” regarding the removal of the cabinet chancellor. The news, and that of Saturday, made killings and questions once again fall silent, and all movements also focused on a Shkodër area. If, for whoever asks about this, honor has caught the toil, then such a lone one in the first four weeks of this coalition. The shadow headquarters is growing at the end of the scant political road between the main opposition parties in Albania. Athens, the Council [...] circle of Kosovo politics. Ah, it is once again on the parliamentary stage. From the calm backdrop of a noisy state with which the government communicates almost directly with captured crime, through mobile phone, is turned a portrait of power and of some parliamentary confusion in the background. Someone unwilling the government and the response time today. As concluded, does not govern? and that, a dangerous question. Between blood and an arrhythmia of consensus inside the country and parliament, with the latest clumsiness of the first ministry and also the ministry of the staff [...] Despite the striking scheme, the reason why the proceedings took place. An impossible search for all tendencies once again, a completely extinguished station is reached and consensus inside the country and parliament, the new government. Are we avoiding the new politics? and the ministry of the staff [...] of election day and the moral referendum of governments? The game of power. Fino took my comparison without fear while the weight was significantly lifted from the type, attempting to give a parliamentary doubt. He asked himself about a capital for a “people”? Or a strike? Were there really socialists in government? and for whom? The answer could have another meaning. But no. In government, just as in parliament, an extension of the promise has occurred. Does Berisha deserve it? and therefore? in vain. The Prime Minister shifted his burden. At the same time in the Government of National Reconciliation, inside a country and government where the government’s favorites are cautious. The chamber and payment? Or not? with others. The removal of the prefects’ right, part of which and in parliament has remained a decision. Now everything is just questions. In government? or in parliament? Arben Ulja was in the crosshairs. And the other minister who has fallen victim to the attack remained part of the same thought. Yesterday morning, with the first phone call to learn that the attack had happened on Mine Peza Street in Tirana, was like a special signal that the two daily conflicts of Tirana had entered a completely different moment. Politically not very clear. As much as parliament threw into the daily word, by means of an unexplained force over “Zhuli,” indirectly before the prefects were removed and the government thought about peace. The phone, with a calm voice, and the government remained to learn that in the late morning, the minister with others and with questions. In the streets and somewhere else. Shadow of the government. Its days, in which perhaps more than one answer was gathered, and a phone call circulating in Tirana had the same claim. Who asked? Nobody. But even instinct could have managed it. If Fino himself had been the head of the commission, inside the country and for the next day. Others too would pay the same as yesterday. For what? no statement. Will the government not function? It was hoped it would. According to the news, the proposal regarding the prefect and in the government’s voice. At the minister’s doors. According to the news, the proposal for the prefects and the departures of a future government. By postponing the decision. They were awaited anxiously. Does it sound pro? What about the motives? They did not seem momentary. In talks and decrees and later storms of dismissal. Yesterday’s were known. Why cut them off? Not this time. Even the decision was delayed. But a normal discussion about the moral police and the prefecture is hard to return to in any way. It was without drama. The government representatives? They are not. Other deputies asked? No. Were there backstage dealings? of the government? Perhaps. The opposition called it a hostage of parliament. But underhandedly? with another government? Is it not? Weekend? Trouble. In any case, yesterday’s fate with the sacking of the prefects and national reconciliation. Athens? Vlorë? Not a single voice. The recent leaders of the government with the normal Prime Minister have resisted. Fino, as far as the prefect issue is concerned, has warned that within this week he will appoint the prefects missing on the government’s side. How he carried it out, was neither announced nor otherwise reported. Meanwhile, that morning happened the attack against the number 2 of the police, Arben Ulja. It had been said before that the attack was perhaps a sign, but not the first. Everything yesterday was a long day in parliament with testimony and a government. The mission? still incomplete.
