OSCE: the PD is undermining us
A-bon refuses the parliamentary meeting to lift the state of siege. Forcist, tonight the dinner of the flag-bearers[?]

When the special envoy Klaus Nano gave yesterday the signal to the socialist right[?], to catch the electoral horse of the Democratic Party and of the PS it was clear that the possibility of pluralism was at stake.
Scattered, with the label of Albanian fascism and this chairman of the Socialist Party once again dragged the ladder of roles for the calmness that the mandate votes of the PG in the trust of the counterparts went. Neither editorial, nor parliamentary lesson is being applied by the government. The state cannot exist without police. The state is absolute. States are a political construction. The chief prosecutor made it clear today that we are facing the clash of the state over the work done for parliament. It needs a table for the crisis. The meeting has been delayed before governance. At 9 p.m. some men broke through the government’s fences and caused pandemonium in Tirana. By “defending” the interests of this massive and irresponsible political force[?], they[?] give chances for a peaceful development of the crisis. Not a single police action alarmed anyone with the clarification of the political riddle. Before the political monitoring bodies met, as SHIK appears again and comes.
And the great mothers in the country, the private order that at least in the unstarted governance of the conflict needs a state of affairs[?] to stand. Without any hostility toward the observers’ firms[?], but it is naturally clear how the paramilitary forces are showing signs of political radicalization and woe to the country if they are interpreting the scene today as passivity. On the other hand, with sixfold strength, this is what the government is doing today in the governance elections. On the other hand, Berisha has no greater interest than prolonging the clash with the law-enforcement structures and the police. It may happen that SHIK reaches a situation where it will carry out dangerous missions. On the other hand, he is involving all police and SHIK forces in a final game. What is happening is unacceptable and dangerous. On the other hand, Berisha has no other path. Since yesterday he no longer has the instruments to organize either law enforcement or the fire and extraordinary solution forces. Beyond that, even a group of nobles[?] alongside the PD government have called on the government. Every political actor, especially the political parties, especially the government and the opposition, is being asked to respect the president’s decision not to take part in the campaign. Since yesterday the high officials of the extraordinary solution have sought a formal government solution. Everyone agrees that the opposition cannot accept the government. The PD is turning into a representative of dangerous interests. No one understands how the opposition and this government are approaching an outcome that could arm their mentality as a democratization. In this electoral challenge, in which people from the administration are increasingly being drawn in, the state is heading toward a dangerous politicization. This is unacceptable. In a working time, this situation has reached the point politically that if things were done differently, perhaps we could at least achieve a few hours of peace for this country. It is not being understood that the government is massively using its forces in the bloodshed of the centers. If they had demanded more elections, they would have gone for some time into a post-process of arms against any development and badly damage the country’s stability.
