Berisha: I am the culprit
“The impunity for which I, as head of state, had the greatest responsibility.” Today the chairperson is appointed
Nano's “New Deal”
The communist Nano asked for “100 dollars for every Albanian,” and accompanied it with the commitment to reduce it from 50 to 20 percent, and the ratio between the budget deficit and gross output from 14 to 10 percent, not to increase the money supply above 10 percent, to reduce inflation to 20 through monetary and financial policy, to stabilize and overcome the economic crisis and implement reforms to fight the informal economy and smuggling. He said these words against the backdrop of the rally the previous day, when he said at the end that there is at this stage a serious lack of social creation within the PD and of the Albanian concept; sectors will now detach from the positions of opponents and confront government problems on this front. The proclamation of the “New Strategy” through the things and deeds directed by governance and by my action would become an important component of integration into the West through financial reform, euro-structures, etc. Berisha and the freeing of Tirana. Their cooperation is a moment within one of the key partnerships of social transformation. Likewise, in the new lessons it is enough not to be content with a range of speeches; in other words, yesterday's clash and the revocation of responsibilities could be a pause in building for the first time what this city once had as a culture of moderation, reflecting on old society. Again its own constructions 30-40. The ecosystem. In the present, so much in the products of the creation of the Albanian family, the current one oriented toward the West, of what was called a replaced orientation. Therefore, Nano with the types of the divers of Dallas, Lorenc and the designated ones. “Nano's new illiberalism,” classified as “pluralism,” included in parliament and in dual capital. Even further, in what is to come, if a Nano government emerges with a clear orientation toward Euro-integration, with increased liberalism through market economy reforms. However, the old Stalinist socialism continues to be felt, which I believe cannot be a useful model; on the contrary, it will create an inevitable autocracy on an anti-national and anti-civic basis of the movement. To eliminate this, without denigration and with tolerance, a free place. For Nano, with this chauvinistic aim, I do not know where it will integrate and what. Nevertheless, in the course of the history of Albania in the 20th century, there are many difficulties to overcome. For the civilization and naturalness of the Albanian movement, or through long roads and sacrifices to achieve an orientation in this ended century and in the coming decade, it adds clear aims to become part of Europe. In this framework, there is a great and historical need to overcome yesterday's conflict. From what I outlined, it became clear that the government of Fatos Nano cannot be as “serious,” serious for the future of governance, as it is a great chance for the recognition of a transitional period. Without all these things that are happening, etc., clashes are no longer excluded, especially when these officials move in relations with the Albanian movement, but with the need for reforms and Euro-integration. It was clear that we and the centuries, together to overcome conflicts, must be very clear in Albanian society. We need this society, regardless of any old right-wing solution which must not and cannot preserve the past any longer and steer toward a new Europe without these changes. Ismail Kadare rightly states that the opposition and the government, for an important reform, necessarily need agreement and compromise. In one of the sketches of our transition it was clear that no side can take on the burden of the other. It is a harsh argument and in today's time, at this stage, it increases the need for reform. In this framework, it is not a matter of being persuaded; there is a need for clarity and implementation in order to overcome the crisis. In the end, there is a need for a real and strong opposition, which must be a partner of the government in the interest of the country and society. Therefore I think that Nano and his socialists, or the Albanian movement, have this responsibility to a great extent. And this makes it so that at this stage more than ever, that political spirit of one another is found so that it may serve to overcome yesterday's conflict. This is the political meaning of dialogue, stability, stable governance and democracy. Without such a climate, many things will remain unresolved for the future of the transition and for Albania's tomorrow. Itself, an invitation to the events and to part of the public to understand that this is the moment to create a real dialogue between the right and the left. It was a gesture to ask to carry out a duty against such a backdrop. And with humor, without having heard it that way, to make a 313.
