BY PYRRHOS CUPI Kosovo has come to the brink of existence. Which sanctity is to be raised? Two days earlier, a young Albanian had gone up into the mountains. In a secluded cave he twisted and said: “In Kosovo, the end has come!” Is this a word of accusation, or is it the philosophy of solving Kosovo’s wounded knot? Further on, we make this analysis against the backdrop of victory. Why, on both sides, have they begun to peel away their victory? The Serbs stitch victory together, the Serbs speak, lick the white marrow, and seek revenge. The Serbs shout “we will come back,” and the Albanians are proud. These situations, force of hands, with no other need. We are playing and struggling. Could it really be that the war has come “to split the victory in half”? Is this “to split the victory in half” the common ground of the two Serbian and Albanian forces? Both treat it with the same slogans of victory. “He who wins the battle kills better,” says the saying. “Where victory has fallen, someone may find the end of this barbarity,” among the so-called “partidorës” and the camp of the “liberators.” In light of recent events, one can only speak of the “victory” of one madness that invokes another. For the Serbian allies, and neither for the Albanians nor the Balkans, let alone Islam, it will take “in the meantime” a long time to grasp this “unexpected” reality. “Asit” did not see it. Two days later, the “victory” between the two sides came in a new form. More and more Albanians are now not looking toward Albania, as the only way to save themselves. In these situations, the force of hands has gone wrong. We are speaking in the language of the river. We are saying that in the “victory” of the Albanians, not only the worldview of part of them changes completely, but also that of the entire Albanian community. This is a serious diagnosis, but a true one. The Tiranë curtain of resolution has been seen near state institutions, both by Kosovo Albanians and by part of the Tirana government itself. Albania now has a serious and heavy need to first win the opposition of despair, not only over its losses. At least not by making alibis. The first election of a solution is for the forces of man to be opposed by people. The first boundary of choice is for Man to win, not for the ceasefire to be chosen. Otherwise, this would be a loss. Not from the force of the “victors,” but from the fear of the “victor.” 2. I want to speak again about the opposition. It is because each person will be chosen after this by his own thought and not adopt the behavior of the victor and not of the victorious oppressor. This has not officially been denied with convincing arguments. Therefore today we submitted yesterday to the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers why this clarification is not being given. Meanwhile, from the presidential side, no public answer. Who took the bribe and how many billions have entered Albania? The newspaper “Koha Jonë” is asking for a public answer. Someone must respond, because serious rumors are circulating. Since a group of 27-year-olds is asking about this scandal from a group with 27 years, are the prime minister and the president aware? No official clarifications were given by the end of this week. If they had signed a statement after the published document, then the suspicion would have been removed. Why are the highest institutions silent?
