Berisha’s fate is decided by vote

The prosecution’s indictment foresees life imprisonment Pages 2-3 Police, a shelter for deserters Nano, starting from the arrest BY GËZIM LEVONJA The move the government should have made was needed for Sali a long time ago as well. This was because of the existence of a permanent structure fully in operation. A state cannot be certified by deeds and words. It can only reach a clear conclusion. Sali is an enemy, and the enemy will be struck without any mercy! Sensitive? The proclamation of this seal(?) put other people, the first ones, in handcuffs and has made and continues to make it impossible for this climate to be created further among the ranks of political supporters. And that is already more than enough, in any case! In such legal surroundings this political anti-culture was born. That is how Berisha appears. Does the determination to punish him come to mind? with another level it tries to impose the arresting investigators. Put into the institution of the "anti-road group", and the crackling of this political group(?), is not ordinary criminality. If criminality is such, Berisha’s state appears.[?] for individuon? a punitive structure, altered within the PD, but also one that finds in the first zone, which is known as(?), that on 6 September he puts the opposition to use. Various acts against a prime minister at headquarters! Berisha is aggravating the situation. This is a fact not only political but national, which in a country like Albania should have been dealt with only by a solution? determined by the government. Better late than never. The delay in striking the institution of the opposition and even the chairman of its parliamentary group was dictated not only by the absence of specialized anti-terror structures. It was also fed by a new kind of wisdom. By a mentality according to which Berisha would end up being the tree of blockage without being killed. This mentality granted him a long time and especially a day. This event the daylight? of the magazine Yesterday’s and Today’s Albania, could not have done. It itself? tries to impose? and the crackling of this political group? Sali’s? that in the PD? threatening in the name of the armed forces and the police, and everyone above the arrest. Another prime minister the government would exclude from all media channels. As we saw, on the day of the funeral, Berisha used his old state to the very end. He organized the border of the socialists in order to bring down the government. At yesterday’s rally? he was acting in the same way with the same method. These are complete characteristics of a dictator. For this reason we should have a clear judgment. How is it possible that in a proper state these actions continue? The hiding of the people who fled from the police is part of this scenario. This means that the police has become a refuge for deserters. And that is a serious accusation against the state. Faced with this accusation, an ordinary administrative reform is no longer enough. The reaction must be political and criminal. Deputies say: Urgent pay rise for the police and the barden

In Albania the entire upper class receives high salaries, but low wages have exposed the expertise and drowsiness of the administration and the depersonalization of such a force. The police response has revealed the assessment of the chief’s help and failure. The new government is struggling with a scheme and is making a series of changes in the police force. In our country, the time to apply such a policy requires clarity and funding. In this climate, it is important for the police that pay be increased and conditions be created to strengthen discipline and professionalism. In the first reports published about the arrest of pay increases, high interest has risen alarmingly at the level of police services. Police specialists have explained that the current salary is far below the required level and that the uniform cannot keep the employee on duty. The lack of bonuses, housing and other conditions pushes officers toward leaving. That is why an immediate review of salaries and social treatment has been requested. If the government does not take quick measures, the consequences could be severe for public order itself. The police need motivation and stability. For this reason, the deputies have asked that this issue be treated as a priority by the committees and by the relevant ministry. A police force that is economically weak cannot guarantee order and security. ALVIU(?)
