Are you looking for him, parents of kiosks or giant apartment blocks who light fires and keep watch for your guards on a monthly salary of 60 dollars?! Are you looking for him, older people who stay awake night and day, watching over your lights and the lives of your children? Are you looking for Oltion, dear friends who call yourselves the elite of society and keep armed guards with you?!... This is our question: Who is looking for Oltion in this civil and political society?! Oltion Sudollari is a young man from Elbasan who was killed three days ago at the Mifol Bridge. This is how it happened: Police forces were going on an operation against crime, and at the Bridge they stopped because they needed more people. They stopped Oltion, who was passing by in his car, and asked him for help. The young man placed himself at the service of the people fighting crime. A few minutes later, Oltion was killed by criminals. That is the brief story. But for the life of civil society today, this is a civic act. We people of Albania who seek law and peace, calm and order, have the chance to reflect on Oltion. We must think and look for Oltion within ourselves. We citizens who seek the state must become part of the state. The state is not just the top of the pyramid; it extends from the base to the top, built from the citizen up to the head of state. The citizen and Oltion together make up a state-minded heart. The state is no longer a life that belongs to it, while we are over here; there is a strong bridge between the citizen and the state. Those who [??] the citizen and the state, those who ask the world not to help the state and call on criminals to destroy the state, are acting against individual life. That is how it is. After this, peace has begun on the roads, and even in homes. Oltion felt this and devoted himself to the state and to himself. There are many others who devote themselves to themselves, and others [??] and take up the right to independence on the streets. Meanwhile, we still have not learned about Oltion Sudollari, who did not ask for heroic songs. But they have sought and are seeking Oltion at this time, all together against crime; only against it.
